The new year is here, and what better way to close out the first month than spreading some feel-good vibes? There has to be some sort of scientific formula for the relationship between happiness and compliments, right? We all have those unfocused days when we feel like we’re off our game—for some of us, it might even last all week. Summer is over! Chances are you’ve already put away your flippy floppies and sunnies in favor of flannels and ankle warmers.
